Malaria Observer ("we", "us") is an open-source project providing access to publicly available malaria research data. This page explains what information we collect when you visit this website, and how we use it.
What we collect
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site — for example, which pages are most viewed, and how people navigate between our datasets and articles. This helps us improve the site.
Google Analytics may collect:

- General location (country/city level, derived from IP address)

- How you arrived at the site (e.g. search engine, direct link)
We do not collect your name, email address, or any other personally identifying information through analytics, unless you choose to provide it via our Contact page.
